Leadership and communications expert Robin Dreeke spent more than 31 years working for the U.S. Government, including time spent at the United States Naval Academy, the United States Marine Corps, and 21 years as a Counterintelligence Special Agent with the FBI.

Robin was Lead Instructor at the FBI Counterintelligence Training Center for five years. Prior to that Robin spent three years as Head of the Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program (BAP), responsible for managing a team of over 44 adjunct CI Special Agents and five operational psychologists, providing operational support and consultation to CI Special Agents.

During his time with the FBI, this training and lead and accomplished instructor honed and refined valuable and actionable learnings, and since leaving the FBI, he's developed masterful training curricula, keynotes, team building workshops, and instructional lectures, most of which are rooted in leadership and communications strategies. Hundreds of corporations, educational institutions and government agencies have tapped his expertise over the last 12 years.
