Jack Barsky’s extraordinary life began in his birthplace, Germany, where he became a chemistry professor and was eventually recruited by the KGB. Barsky spent 10 years in the United States spying for the Russians, and after exposure, he served as a resource for U.S. counterintelligence. Barsky was able to remain in the country, and eventually became a United States citizen, an information technology executive, and a public speaker.
Barsky’s story was featured in May of 2015 on CBS' 60 Minutes (video below). His memoir “Deep Undercover” was released in March of 2017.
In his now 6th career, Barsky is a compelling SPYEX speaker and has made appearances all over the United States as well as in Germany, Ireland and Poland. Barsky tells prospective clients, "When I am presenting nobody checks their cellphones."
