Mike served for over 26 years in the United States Army to include the 75th Ranger Regiment and Tier 1 Special Mission Unit (SMU). During Mike’s 15 years in the SMU community, he served in multiple leadership roles with numerous deployments in support of national defense objectives.
Before Mike retired in 2018 as a sergeant major, he held positions as a SMU assaulter, SMU sniper, SMU team leader, SMU section sergeant major, and SMU troop sergeant major.
Post-military service, Mike has served as managing director of a cybersecurity firm, program manager of numerous special activities training programs, and director of business development for a successful government contracting company. Mike is a 100% service- disabled veteran with over 48 months of deployed time in combat zones around the world.
